The directors and employees of PT Jamkrindo and its subsidiary, PT Jamkrindo Syariah, initiated a social movement by distributing aid to communities, hospitals, health centers (puskesmas), and clinics as a gesture of empathy towards those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

PT Jamkrindo Jayapura Branch Office has provided personal protective equipment (PPE) assistance, including medical masks, medical gloves, and boots, to the BUMN Peduli COVID-19 Task Force for Papua Province on Wednesday, May 19, 2020. This initiative is part of Jamkrindo's commitment to supporting COVID-19 response efforts in Papua.

To help ease the burden on communities and support COVID-19 mitigation efforts, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) has been providing continuous assistance through the "Jamkrindo Peduli Dampak COVID-19" initiative across multiple locations in Indonesia. This program reflects Jamkrindo’s commitment to supporting those affected by the pandemic while contributing to national recovery efforts.
