The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero), as the shareholder of PT Jamkrindo, have appointed Desty Arlaini as Commissioner of PT Jamkrindo, replacing Noor Ida Khomsiyati, whose term has expired.
This decision is outlined in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and President Director of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia’s Decree No. SK-182/MBU/06/2021 and 05/SK-DIR/RUPS-AP/BPUI/VI/2021.
During the online reading and handover of the decree, the Series A shareholders were represented by the Acting Assistant Deputy for Insurance and Pension Funds at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Anindita Eka Wibisono, and the Assistant Deputy for Human Resource Management at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises. Meanwhile, the Series B shareholders were represented by Rizal Ariansyah, the Director of Finance and General Affairs at Indonesia Financial Group. In the decree, the shareholders expressed their gratitude to Noor Ida Khomsiyati for her contributions during her tenure.
Born in 1976, Desty Arlaini currently serves as the Acting Assistant Deputy for Logistics Services. Prior to this, she was the Acting Assistant Deputy for Plantation and Forestry and the Head of the Agro and Pharmaceutical Industry Business Division. She earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YAI in 2000 and completed her Master's degree in Management at the University of Indonesia in 2006.
PT Jamkrindo’s Corporate Secretary, Abdul Bari, stated that the board of commissioners and management at PT Jamkrindo are enthusiastic and warmly welcome Desty Arlaini’s appointment to the Board of Commissioners. "The addition of Mrs. Desty Arlaini will bring a positive impact to the company and contribute to realizing Jamkrindo’s vision of becoming the preferred choice for business players in guarantee services to support national economic growth and equity," said Abdul Bari in a press statement on Tuesday, June 2, 2021.
The Board of Commissioners, management, and all personnel at Jamkrindo also expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Noor Ida Khomsiyati for her contributions during her tenure as Commissioner of Jamkrindo. "Thank you for your dedication and contributions to advancing PT Jamkrindo," said Abdul Bari.
