Jakarta – The Mandalika Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), served as the venue for the World Superbike (WSBK) Championship from November 19-21, 2021. Recognizing this international event as a valuable opportunity, PT Jamkrindo leveraged the occasion to promote its Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partners as part of the Proudly Made in Indonesia (Bangga Buatan Indonesia) Program.

To support the event, Jamkrindo sponsored two of its MSME partners—D’Lava Pearl Crafts and Miate Karunia Artshop (Tenun Weaving Crafts)—to showcase their products at the WSBK 2021 exhibition.

Jamkrindo President Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan emphasized that the company's participation in major national and international exhibitions is not a one-time initiative but a continuous effort to help MSMEs grow and scale their businesses.

“With an estimated 25,000 attendees at the event, we hope that our MSME partners will experience significant sales growth and expanded market reach,” he said.

Beyond boosting sales, the participation of MSMEs at WSBK aligns with Jamkrindo’s mission to educate, empower, and enhance MSMEs’ capabilities and independence.

“Showcasing products at an international event is part of our mentorship and capacity-building efforts, encouraging MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness and business acumen,” Putrama added.

Putrama also expressed appreciation for the Indonesian government’s efforts to develop Mandalika as a sportainment destination. The WSBK event not only strengthened Indonesia’s reputation in international motorsports but also served as a platform to promote Indonesian culture and local products to a global audience.

In addition to sending two MSME exhibitors, Jamkrindo facilitated the promotion and sale of other partner products at the event. These included: Silver crafts and Kembang Raya honey from Yogyakarta, Kintamani coffee from Bali, Handcrafted bags from Semarang

“We are grateful for the opportunity to support and participate in WSBK 2021,” Putrama remarked.
