At the beginning of 2022, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) hosted a charity event for 125 orphans in RW 04, Pademangan Timur Village, North Jakarta. The event took place at the Annur Mosque Hall, Gang 10 Pademangan 1, in Pademangan Timur.
This charity event was part of Jamkrindo's ongoing social responsibility efforts, reflecting the company's commitment to caring for the local community in the Pademangan sub-district.
According to Aribowo, Head of the Finance Division at PT Jamkrindo, social activities like this are seen as an obligation for the company. "As a company, we have a responsibility to the community around us, and it is important to contribute to society while also generating profit for the state. This charity event is not the first time we have held such an activity; similar events have also taken place in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta," Aribowo explained in an interview with Nasionalnews.co.id on Friday (7/1).
The event was attended by several important figures, including Aribowo, Lucy (Head of Division at PT Jamkrindo), Maesaro (Head of the HR Division), the Chairman of RW 04, the Chairman of the Neighborhood Council (LMK), community leaders, religious figures, and members of the Neighborhood Monitoring Forum (FKDM).
Tino Chiputra W., the Coordinator of the "Friday Sharing" initiative at PT Jamkrindo, explained that the charity for the orphans was organized to express gratitude for the company's achievements in 2021. "We are grateful for the excellent results from last year, which enabled us to gather a portion of our blessings from the Board of Directors, staff, and employees, with the aim of sharing it with those in need, especially our orphaned brothers and sisters," said Tino.
