PADANG – PT Jamkrindo has provided aid for the second time to victims of the earthquake in West Sumatra. This assistance is part of the company's Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) activities in the province.
Putrama Wahju Setyawan, the President Director of PT Jamkrindo, stated that this aid represents the company's concern for the communities affected by the earthquake in West Sumatra.
“PT Jamkrindo is here to ease the burden of the community, as a demonstration of our concern and contribution to those affected by the disaster,” said Putrama Wahju Setyawan on Wednesday, March 2.
The second phase of the TJSL assistance was handed over directly to the Coordinator of the BUMN Disaster Response Task Force in West Sumatra at the Disaster Aid Post, Tigo Nagari District Office, Pasaman, West Sumatra. Previously, PT Jamkrindo had already provided aid for the earthquake victims, which was handed over to the Task Force Coordinator under the coordination of PT KAI, the PIC for the West Sumatra BUMN disaster response team.
This second-phase assistance includes essential supplies such as blankets, small tents, large tents, small mattresses, and large mattresses. It also includes basic necessities such as instant noodles, rice, bottled water, biscuits, baby soap, baby porridge, chicken porridge, and milk.
The aid was handed over directly by Wahju Widjaja, the Branch Leader of PT Jamkrindo Padang, to Purbaya, the Head Coordinator of the BUMN Disaster Response Task Force in West Sumatra. Several employees of PT Jamkrindo Padang Branch were also present during the handover.
