BANDUNG, 12 September 2022 – PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo), the pioneer of credit guarantees in Indonesia, is committed to continuously providing excellent service to all its business partners. To strengthen its services in the West Java region, Jamkrindo has inaugurated the new building for its Regional Office IV and Bandung Branch Office on Jl Soekarno Hatta 774.
The Acting President Director, as well as the Director of Operations and Network at PT Jamkrindo, Kadar Wisnuwarman, revealed that the spirit of transformation serves as the foundation for Jamkrindo in becoming the leading and trusted credit guarantee service provider.
A series of transformations have been carried out, ranging from organizational structure, human resource management (HR), technology systems, business and operational processes, corporate governance, and risk management, all aimed at strengthening the company's performance sustainably.

From the perspective of service and network, various innovations have been introduced, such as online guarantees, a digital business unit, and marketing points across various regions in Indonesia, all aimed at improving financial accessibility for SMEs and cooperatives.
"The inauguration of the new building for Regional Office IV and Bandung Branch Office is one of the company's strategic initiatives to strengthen services for our partners, including banks, non-bank financial institutions, and SME actors," he said.
He emphasized that despite all the advancements in digital technology and systems, physical evidence such as a representative network of regional offices and branches is also an important aspect in supporting excellent service. The Regional Office IV and Bandung Branch Office play a key role in supporting Jamkrindo's vision to be the primary choice for business players in providing guarantee services that support the growth and equitable distribution of the national economy.

In general, the potential of SMEs in West Java is still very large, considering the end-to-end industrial ecosystem that has started to form in the region. In line with various economic recovery efforts in West Java, the financial stability of the region was observed to be in good condition in the fourth quarter of 2021. The performance of banking credit distribution in West Java was also very good, with a share of 8.32% of the national total, making it the second-largest credit distributor province after DKI Jakarta.
"With this great potential, the opportunity for guarantee companies to increase financial accessibility for SME actors is becoming wider," he said.
He revealed that the Bandung Regional Office, up until July 2022, had recorded a guarantee volume of Rp 13.6 trillion, an increase of 42.09% year on year. "With the relocation to the new building that was inaugurated today, it is expected that the performance of the Bandung Regional Office and Branch Office will continue to improve, as the new building comes with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing service quality to our partners," he added.
