Digitalizing the Guarantee and Claims Process
As the leading guarantee company in Indonesia, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) continues to innovate in the field of digital technology. Jamkrindo has launched the J@De (Digital Environment) application, a digital marketing platform that makes it easier for stakeholders to access information about guarantee services. J@De also supports the needs of the company's customers and potential customers.
In addition to launching the J@De application, Jamkrindo also introduced a digital claims platform to improve the claims service process, making it more efficient, systematic, and environmentally friendly, or paperless.
“With this outstanding initiative, many new things can now be done digitally. This digital platform could become the foundation for Jamkrindo’s super application, making Jamkrindo the top guarantee company in Indonesia,” said Akhmad Purwakajaya, President Director of PT Jamkrindo, during the launch event at Jamkrindo’s headquarters in Kemayoran, Jakarta, on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Akhmad Purwakajaya further explained that the J@De application, which targets 4,500 users in the near future, would become a crucial marketing channel for Jamkrindo and an opportunity to further optimize the company’s potential. Regarding the digital claims platform, Akhmad Purwakajaya stated that the platform is a very effective and efficient strategy in this fast-paced digital era.
“Previously, the claims process was done manually from start to finish across all operational units, which required time and significant costs. Now, with digitization, everything can be done more easily and quickly,” he said.
Akhmad Purwakajaya emphasized that, as the largest guarantee company in Indonesia, Jamkrindo will continue to undergo fundamental transformation to deliver innovative, competitive guarantee services with professional, effective, and efficient service, on an ongoing basis.
As the digital economy and the implementation of Industry 4.0 continue to grow, Jamkrindo has implemented various transformations in its business through appropriate information technology. Various collaborations with MSME partners, banks, and other financial institutions can now be done online, whether host-to-host, using web services, or through applications.
“For instance, in guarantee digitization, Jamkrindo already has the Jamkrindo Online Suretyship (JOS) application. Through JOS, principals who need project guarantees no longer have to visit Jamkrindo’s office directly but can register online via the suretyship.jamkrindo.co.id website,” he explained.
In addition, Jamkrindo also has a guarantee marketplace at www.umkmlayak.co.id, a digital platform designed to provide access to MSME business capital and training opportunities.

We will continue to undergo fundamental transformations to offer products and services that meet the needs of our partners while also addressing the emerging opportunities and challenges in the guarantee business,” said Akhmad Purwakajaya.
During the same event, PT Jamkrindo inaugurated four new branch offices: Bengkulu Branch, Ternate Branch, Purwokerto Branch, and Banjarmasin Branch. In the face of digital and technological advancements, Jamkrindo recognizes that physical office spaces with representative regional offices are also crucial to supporting excellent service.
