Purwakarta – To mark the holy month of Ramadan and in conjunction with its upcoming 54th anniversary on July 1, 2024, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) held its Ramadan Safari program across several regions in Indonesia. As part of this initiative, Jamkrindo conducted various social activities, including distributing free essential goods, providing support to orphans, and offering aid to mosque caretakers and Quran teachers. The company also donated prayer equipment to local mosques.
Akhmad Purwakajaya, President Director of Jamkrindo, highlighted that the Ramadan Safari is part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) initiatives.
“This program is a reflection of our commitment to be present within the community, in line with our Ramadan theme: ‘Ramadan Kareem, Purify the Heart by Sharing.’ We hope this assistance will benefit the community,” he said.
Ramadan Safari Activities
The Ramadan Safari program was carried out in 11 Jamkrindo operational units across Indonesia, including Jakarta, Tangerang, Ternate, Tarakan, Pekanbaru, Solo, Purwakarta, Pangkal Pinang, Kediri, and Mataram.
In Purwakarta, Jamkrindo distributed 125 free essential goods packages, provided aid to 129 orphans, supported Quran teachers and mosque caretakers, and donated prayer equipment to local mosques.
The symbolic handover of assistance in Purwakarta was led by Mahfudh Sudiyono (Head of Business II), Puspita Dewi (Head of Strategy and Transformation Division), Muchamad Kisworo (Head of Bandung Regional Office), and Rizky Tri Yugo (Head of Purwakarta Branch Office).
On a national scale, Jamkrindo provided:
- 5,400 essential goods packages
- Support for 648 orphans
- Aid for 29 Quran teachers and 22 mosque caretakers
- Prayer equipment for 11 mosques
“We hope this Ramadan Safari brings gratitude and strengthens our bonds, creating blessings that benefit everyone,” Akhmad added.

Tri Agus Erianto, Chairman of the Senyum Mandiri Orphanage Foundation, expressed appreciation for Jamkrindo’s efforts.
