Jamkrindo Delivers Staple Food Aid to Tornado Victims in Subang

Subang – Through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, PT Jamkrindo has distributed staple food aid to residents affected by a tornado that struck Kalensari Hamlet in Compreng District, Subang Regency, West Java.

The disaster occurred on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m. local time, causing damage to more than a dozen homes. While there were no reported fatalities, the material losses were significant, prompting several families to seek temporary shelter.

As a manifestation of its concern for the affected community, PT Jamkrindo swiftly mobilized to provide emergency relief. On Thursday (January 9, 2025), the company distributed staple food packages directly to residents in Kalensari Hamlet, Compreng District.
Jamkrindo’s Corporate Secretary, Aribowo, expressed hope that this aid would help alleviate some of the burden faced by those currently enduring hardship following the disaster.

Aribowo highlighted that the company’s outreach efforts also reflect its broader commitment not just to serve as a credit guarantee institution, but to stand alongside local communities in fostering shared prosperity.
