Jakarta — In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan and in conjunction with its upcoming 55th anniversary on July 1, 2025, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) has launched a series of Safari Ramadan initiatives across multiple regions in Indonesia. These initiatives include the distribution of free food packages, donations for orphans, and the provision of prayer equipment to local musalas (small prayer houses).
Ivan Soeparno, Director of Human Resources, General Affairs, and Risk Management at Jamkrindo, stated that as a member of the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) holding company, Jamkrindo remains committed to supporting communities through its corporate social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) programs.
“These efforts reflect our commitment to being present in the heart of society,” said Soeparno. “This year’s Ramadan theme, ‘Spreading Kindness, Earning Blessings, Toward Victory,’ captures the spirit behind our actions.”
“Our routine programs—such as distributing food packages and supporting orphaned children—are not merely seasonal gestures,” he continued. “They are part of our enduring commitment to social care and community impact.”
The Safari Ramadan campaign is being carried out in 10 regional Jamkrindo offices located in Serang, Sorong, Palembang, Bandung, Madiun, Banjarmasin, Kupang, Yogyakarta, Tanjung Pinang, and Jakarta.
At its headquarters in Jakarta, Jamkrindo distributed 1,080 free food packages, provided support for 100 orphaned children, and donated prayer equipment to Musala Jami Annur and Nurul Ikhsan. The donations were symbolically handed over by members of Jamkrindo’s Board of Directors and Commissioners to representatives of the Umat Mandiri Nusantara Foundation.
On a national level, the company distributed 6,000 food packages, extended donations to 386 orphaned children, and provided prayer equipment for 10 musalas.
“We hope this Safari Ramadan initiative deepens our collective sense of gratitude, strengthens our bonds of solidarity, and brings forth blessings that benefit all,” said Soeparno.
Maman Kirman, Chairman of the Umat Mandiri Nusantara Foundation, expressed appreciation for Jamkrindo’s generosity. “We are sincerely grateful to Jamkrindo. May the company continue to grow and play an even greater role in improving the well-being of our society,” he said.
