Jakarta - In celebration of its 55th anniversary on July 1, 2025, PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) held an uplifting and educational event titled “Jamkrindo Inspiratrip: One Day, 1,000 Inspirations.” The initiative, aimed at children from orphanages near the company’s operational areas, forms part of Jamkrindo’s broader Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) commitment under the education pillar. It also serves as a tangible expression of the company’s concern for vulnerable communities—particularly children in need of emotional development and non-formal education.
The event was held simultaneously across Jamkrindo’s 9 Regional Offices on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, involving a total of 495 children—55 participants at each location—drawn from a range of orphanages. Participants took part in inspiring field trips to museums, fire stations, and educational play centers. Throughout the day, children were encouraged to explore, learn, and interact in joyful, meaningful ways—blending play with purpose.
“This program is not merely a birthday celebration,” said Abdul Bari, Acting President Director of Jamkrindo. “It reflects our long-term commitment to building an inclusive society. We believe every child deserves experiences that ignite their spirit, strengthen their confidence, and fuel their dreams. Through Jamkrindo Inspiratrip, we hope to be more than a company—we aim to be a companion on their journey.”
More than just a corporate outreach effort, the program also sought to deepen emotional bonds between Jamkrindo and the surrounding community, while reinforcing a spirit of collaboration and mutual care among employees and stakeholders. The event was made possible through active cooperation between local Jamkrindo staff, orphanage administrators, volunteers, and educational institutions.
Jamkrindo Inspiratrip is aligned with the company’s support for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education. With an engaging, interactive approach, the program encouraged children to dream boldly, embrace learning, and gain a glimpse of the world beyond their daily routines.
“We hope today’s experience—however simple—will leave a lasting impression and serve as a stepping stone for these children to keep learning, dare to dream, and build a better future,” said Bari. “We also hope this effort inspires others to care about informal education and the character development of Indonesia’s youth.”
As part of its anniversary programs, Jamkrindo also held separate educational sessions on anti-bullying and the prevention of sexual violence, reinforcing its dedication to character-building and emotional safety. In these sessions, children learned about mutual respect, how to prevent bullying, and the importance of cultivating a safe and supportive social environment.
Further extending its impact, Jamkrindo distributed school uniforms and ICT tools—including laptops—to several orphanages. These donations are intended to enhance the children’s access to digital learning and support their daily educational activities.
