Yogyakarta – Credit disbursement in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) continues to show significant growth, ranking 11th nationally in credit distribution. Observing the rapid increase in credit disbursement in this region, the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Corporation (Perum Jamkrindo) has opened new branch offices.
On Friday, December 6, 2013, at the Yogyakarta branch office of Perum Jamkrindo, located at Jl. Parangtritis No. 96 Km 1, Yogyakarta, the inauguration of three new Perum Jamkrindo branch offices took place: Yogyakarta, Lampung, and Jakarta II. These new branch offices are expected to enhance guarantee performance and expand the marketing of Perum Jamkrindo’s guarantee products within their respective operational areas, which previously relied on their parent branches.
With the opening of these three branches, the total number of Perum Jamkrindo branch offices across Indonesia has now reached 21, with the headquarters located in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Moving forward, Perum Jamkrindo plans to establish branch offices in all provincial capitals in Indonesia, and possibly in potential district-level areas as well.
Regarding Perum Jamkrindo’s achievements and performance, as of October 2013, the company recorded a pre-tax profit of Rp567.847 billion, derived from total revenue of Rp1.479 trillion and total expenses of Rp911.453 billion. Meanwhile, the total credit guaranteed as of October 31, 2013, amounted to Rp39.102 trillion, consisting of non-KUR credit guarantees of Rp21.425 trillion and KUR credit guarantees of Rp17.676 trillion.
As of October 31, the company's total assets stood at Rp7.552 trillion, with total equity of Rp5.427 trillion.
