On Thursday, September 25, 2014, Perum Jamkrindo signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement regarding the management of credit/financing guarantee funds for cooperatives and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises.
The Technical Cooperation Agreement was signed by the President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Diding S. Anwar; the Director of Finance and Investment of Perum Jamkrindo, Ignatius Rusdonobanu; and the Deputy for Business Development and Restructuring, Braman Setyo. The signing was witnessed by the directors and relevant officials.
The purpose of the Technical Cooperation Agreement is to extend the previous agreement, under which Perum Jamkrindo was assigned to manage funds belonging to cooperatives and MSMEs. As of August 31, 2014, the guarantee fund position amounted to Rp73,545,860,516.11, while the subrogation rights balance as of the same date was Rp53,159,106,095.25.
Additionally, the management fee for Perum Jamkrindo in August 2014 was Rp15,649,275.71, and the outstanding management fee balance as of August 2014 was Rp133,026,803.01.
The Technical Cooperation Agreement also outlines the principles of guarantee fund management, including the opening of accounts, withdrawals, disbursements, transfers, and account closures related to the cooperation and management of guarantee funds, as well as the implementation of the Credit/Financing Guarantee Program for Cooperatives and MSMEs.
This Technical Cooperation Agreement on the management of credit/financing guarantee funds for cooperatives and MSMEs with the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises is an extension of the previous cooperation on credit and financing guarantee fund management. It is based on the Ministerial Regulation No. 14/Per/M.KUKM/VII/2006 regarding technical guidelines for Credit/Financing Guarantee Funds for Cooperatives and MSMEs, as well as the Technical Cooperation Agreement No. 16/PKS/DEP.VI/XII/2006 / 32/sarana/XII/2006 on the management of Credit and Financing Guarantee Funds for Cooperatives and Medium Enterprises.
