The President Director of Perum Jamkrindo Asks His Staff to Blusukan and Work, Work, Work!

Medan - The President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Diding S. Anwar, expects all officials in his ranks to be experts in the field of credit guarantees. For that reason, they must continuously learn and deepen their knowledge so that they become truly experts in that field and master their work professionally.

Diding conveyed this in an Interactive Workshop on Effective Communication and Marketing Communication to Achieve Consumer Loyalty to the Company's Brand Image, which was held by Perum Jamkrindo Region I today, Monday, (3/11/2014) at Hotel Aston, Medan.

In relation to that, besides continuously learning, Diding asked all his employees working throughout Indonesia to improve and enhance internal communication. This is very important because it is closely related to the success in achieving the targets set by Perum Jamkrindo's management.

"I believe that internal communication within Perum Jamkrindo still needs to be improved. There are still things that should be fixed to achieve optimal performance," said the former President Director of Jasa Raharja.

Seeing the enormous potential of credit guarantees in Indonesia, Diding is very optimistic that Perum Jamkrindo can optimize that potential well.

One of the requirements, said Diding, is that all officials at Perum Jamkrindo must seriously and sincerely conduct field visits, work, and work in the style of Perum Jamkrindo.

In addition to improving and enhancing internal communication, according to Diding, what needs to be done is to intensively visit work partners to carry out productive communication. This way, the problems faced in relation to the partnership with Perum Jamkrindo will be identified, and then the best solutions can be found so that they forever remain loyal partners and help market Jamkrindo's products to their contacts.

To his ranks, Diding, who serves as the Chairman of the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Companies Association, emphasized that in marketing its products, more emphasis should be placed on business ethics. The competition should be conducted in a healthy and elegant manner.

"We do have competitors in marketing all our products. Therefore, we must always be optimistic about winning that competition by prioritizing business ethics, so that the presence of Perum Jamkrindo throughout Indonesia is always respected and considered by both competitors and all business partners," stressed Diding.

The speakers in the workshop were the Editor-in-Chief of detikcom, Arifin Asydhad, the daily leader of Analisa Medan, Soffyan, and a communication expert who is a national motivator, Aqua Dwipayana.

In addition to Diding, the event was attended by the Non-Bank Guarantee Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Nanang Waskito, the division heads, the Regional Head of Region I, Yuliarso, and all branch heads working in Region I, which covers all of Sumatra, Banten, West Java, and West Kalimantan.
