Signing of the MoU between Perum Jamkrindo and the Indonesian High Prosecutor's Office

The President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, Diding S. Anwar (left), and the Assistant Attorney General (JAM DATUN) of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, Nur Rochmad (in purple batik), signed a joint agreement between Perum Jamkrindo and seven High Prosecutor's Offices of the Republic of Indonesia at the Perum Jamkrindo Building in Jakarta yesterday. The agreement was made to provide legal assistance for seven new branch offices of Perum Jamkrindo, namely Ambon, Gorontalo, Mamuju, Pangkal Pinang, Tarakan, and Ternate. Additionally, the cooperation involves optimizing the collection of subrogation receivables or the transfer of claim rights from guarantee recipients (banks) to Jamkrindo.
