2016 APBN Law Ratified, Jamkrindo Enters 25 BUMN Recipients of PMN

Jakarta | The House of Representatives (DPR) of the Republic of Indonesia has officially passed the Draft State Budget Law (RUU APBN) 2016 into the State Budget Law (UU APBN) for the 2016 fiscal year.

This decision makes President Joko Widodo's 2016 government budget of Rp2.095 trillion officially valid.

Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Taufik Kurniawan, stated that the DPR RI approved the 2016 State Budget Draft to be enacted as the 2016 State Budget Law.

"With the note that all records are an integral and inseparable part of what must be implemented by the government," he said during a plenary session at the DPR Building on Friday (30/10/2015).

Additionally, the allocation of state capital investment (PMN) funds for state-owned enterprises (BUMN) amounting to Rp40.42 trillion was returned to the relevant commissions and will be discussed again in the 2016 Revised State Budget discussions.

The PMN amount increased from the government's initial proposal of around Rp39 trillion, and 25 BUMNs will receive the capital injection.

Moreover, in the 2016 State Budget, the government allocated funds for other PMN amounting to Rp4.05 trillion and PMN for international financial organizations or institutions amounting to Rp3.9 trillion.

The following is the list of PMN allocations for these BUMNs:

PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) – Rp1 trillion.

PT Sarana Multigriya Infrastruktur (SMI) – Rp3.5 trillion.

PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (PII) – Rp1 trillion.

PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (BPUI) – Rp500 billion.

PT Geo Dipa Energi – Rp1.16 trillion.

PT Krakatau Steel Tbk – Rp2.456 trillion.

PT Hutama Karya – Rp3 trillion.

PT PLN – Rp10 trillion.

Perum Bulog – Rp2 trillion.

PT Perikanan Nusantara – Rp29.4 billion.

PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) – Rp692.5 billion.

PT Angkasa Pura II – Rp2 trillion.

PT Pelni – Rp564.8 billion (non-cash).

PT Bharata Indonesia – Rp500 billion.

PT Wijaya Karya Tbk – Rp4 trillion.

PT PP Tbk – Rp2.25 trillion.

Perum Perumnas – Rp485.4 billion.

PT Industri Kereta Api (Inka) – Rp1 trillion.

PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia – Rp1 trillion.

PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia – Rp500 billion.

Perum Jamkrindo – Rp500 billion.

PT Amarta Karya – Rp32.1 billion.

PT Jasa Marga Tbk – Rp1.25 trillion.

PT Pelindo III – Rp1 trillion.

PT Pertani – Rp500 billion.
