Jakarta | Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo) together with four state-owned enterprises (BUMN) under the National Publishing and News Corporation (NPNC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The MoU outlines cooperation between both parties in the fields of communication, media, publishing, and printing.
NPNC, which consists of the state-owned enterprises Perum LKBN Antara, PT Balai Pustaka, PNRI, and PFN, signed the MoU with Perum Jamkrindo at the Adhiyana Auditorium, 2nd floor of Wisma Antara Jakarta, on Tuesday (8/3/2016).
Perum Jamkrindo’s President Director, Diding S. Anwar, stated that this collaboration is a form of synergy among state-owned enterprises to optimize their respective roles and businesses. "There are many activities in our company, especially in public relations and marketing, that we can optimize together with NPNC," said Diding S. Anwar during the signing ceremony.
The MoU outlines several areas of potential collaboration, including printing, print security, publishing, the creation of annual reports, public relations, media communication, news coverage, PR training, company profile video production, and more.
Attending the MoU signing were the President Director of Perum Produksi Film Negara (PFN) Shelvy Arifin, the President Director of Perum LKBN Antara Meidyatama Suryodiningrat, the President Director of PT Balai Pustaka Saiful Bahri, and the Finance Director of Percetakan Negara Satrio Sigit Wirjawan.
