JAKARTA | The President Director of Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo), Diding S. Anwar, urged all employees of Perum Jamkrindo to promote the company’s mission in welcoming the company’s 46th anniversary, which will fall on July 1, 2016.
He conveyed this while serving as the Inspector of the Ceremony for the 108th National Awakening Day at the Perum Jamkrindo Head Office in Jakarta on Friday (20/5/2016). The ceremony commemorating National Awakening Day was also held in all Perum Jamkrindo branch offices across the regions, attended by all employees and company leaders.
On this occasion, Diding also called on all Perum Jamkrindo employees to enhance their work spirit and maintain solidarity in their work so that the company’s mission and goals can be well achieved. He hopes that the company’s presence will bring benefits to the wider community.
This aligns with the theme of the 108th National Awakening Day in 2016: "Engraving the Meaning of National Awakening by Realizing a Productive, Independent, and Character-driven Indonesia."
In his speech, which was read aloud, Diding stated that today we are faced with global competition, where rivalry is no longer limited to our immediate surroundings but now extends worldwide. This is the right time for us to work hand in hand as fellow citizens to win global-level competitions, as our competitors increasingly emerge from all corners of the world.
"As a unified entity, we must rise to become a competitive nation in this global competition. The key to winning lies in our commitment to real work, independence, and strong character. This is no longer the time to prioritize ceremonial discussions that are unproductive," he said.
Diding emphasized that it is time to work in a real and independent manner with new, initiative-driven approaches rather than merely maintaining and justifying old methods practiced so far. "Just because something has become a daily habit does not mean it is right or beneficial. We must make the right things a habit, rather than merely justifying what is customary," he stated.
Therefore, Diding encouraged more efficient processes. "Let’s cut all unnecessary, convoluted, and prolonged service processes without clear reasons. Let’s establish more transparent processes. Let’s deliver services on time as promised," he said.
As Perum Jamkrindo approaches its 46th anniversary, the company envisions becoming a leading guarantee company that supports national economic development. To achieve this ideal corporate goal, the company’s vision is translated into missions known as TRIDHARMA JAMKRINDO, consisting of:
- First Dharma: Conducting guarantee activities for the development of MSMEs and cooperatives.
- Second Dharma: Providing broad and high-quality services.
- Third Dharma: Providing benefits to stakeholders based on sound business principles. (Public Relations)
