ROTE | Perum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) NTT, as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN), held a Ramadan safari in Rote-Ndao.
The event included a low-cost market selling basic food packages for Rp 25,000 and donations for orphans, conducted simultaneously in 25 regencies/cities across Indonesia.
Nationally, the event was centered in Garut, West Java, and attended by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Rini Suwandi, on Friday (June 24, 2016).
The Head of the Jamkrindo NTT Branch, M. Robith Azmi, told Pos Kupang in Baa, the capital of Rote-Ndao Regency, on Thursday (June 23, 2016) that the Ramadan safari was indeed part of Jamkrindo's agenda, held simultaneously on June 24, 2016.
Out of the 25 regencies/cities in Indonesia, Rote Ndao was chosen as one of the safari destinations.
"Tomorrow (Friday, June 24, 2016), we will hold the Ramadan safari simultaneously in 25 cities. For NTT, it will be centered in Rote, in Lobalain District, with a low-cost market and donations for orphans," explained Robith.
