Perum Jamkrindo participated in the Indonesia International Agrinex Expo 2017 at the Jakarta Convention Center from March 31 to April 2, 2017. The agricultural exhibition, organized by Performax in collaboration with Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), showcased agricultural products such as vegetables, grains, plants, fruits, as well as food and beverage products.
As the only State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) engaged in credit guarantee services, Perum Jamkrindo is committed to supporting the agricultural sector. The government has also tasked Jamkrindo as the Guarantee Implementing Institution (LPP) for the Warehouse Receipt System (SRG).
“We have the SRG guarantee product, which aims to help secure farmers from fluctuations in crop prices, especially during the harvest season. Therefore, Jamkrindo is very enthusiastic about participating in the Agrinex Expo to promote the SRG guarantee product,” said Rusdi Saleh, Head of Corporate Communications at Perum Jamkrindo.
Indah, a staff member of Perum Jamkrindo, mentioned that many visitors to the Agrinex Expo were curious about Jamkrindo's booth. This booth stood out from others as it did not display any agricultural products, unlike most other booths at the exhibition.
“Many people came to Jamkrindo's booth and asked questions. This was our opportunity to explain the various guarantee products offered by Jamkrindo, especially the SRG guarantee product,” said Indah, who works in the Bank Guarantee Division.
