In relation to the issuance of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises' Decision as the Government's Representative as the Shareholder of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Jaminan Kredit Indonesia, Number: SK-88/MBU/05/2017 dated May 3, 2017, regarding the Dismissal, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Supervisors of Perum Jamkrindo, Prof. Dr. Diah Natalisa, M.B.A has been appointed as a member of the Board of Supervisors to replace Nasaruddin Umar, who is now serving as an Independent Commissioner of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero).
Nasaruddin Umar had served as a member of the Board of Supervisors of Perum Jamkrindo since 2012 and was dismissed with thanks for his contributions during his tenure.
Prof. Dr. Diah Natalisa, M.B.A currently holds the position of Deputy for Public Services at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemen PANRB).
Additionally, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises has reassigned Dahlan Siamat, a member of the Board of Supervisors of Perum Jamkrindo, to become an Independent Supervisor with a tenure continuing the remainder of his original term as per the Ministerial Decision.
The newly appointed members of the Board of Supervisors of Perum Jamkrindo are Chairman: Braman Setyo, Members: Subandriyo, Noor Ida Khomsiyati, Diah Natalisa, and Independent Member Dahlan Siamat.
