Perum Jamkrindo participated in the Indonesia Business and Development Expo 2017. At the event, dozens of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) showcased various business developments and achievements.
The IBD Expo 2017 was officially opened by President Joko Widodo at the JCC Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Several Ministers accompanied the President, including the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Rini Soemarno, and the Minister of State Secretary Pratikno.
The Acting President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, I. Rusdonobanu, attended the event along with the Director of Guarantee Business, Amin Mas'udi, and the Corporate Secretary, Abdul Bari.
At the expo, Perum Jamkrindo presented its guarantee products at a booth located in Hall B of the JCC. Visitors to the booth were greeted and assisted by friendly employees.
In his speech, President Joko Widodo discussed the changing consumption patterns of society, which will impact production patterns in the era of the digital economy. State-owned enterprises need to anticipate these changes in consumption and production patterns.
The IBD Expo 2017 was the second exhibition organized by the four BUMN entities from the National Publishing and News Corporation cluster, which include Perum LKBN Antara, PT Balai Pustaka, Perum PNRI, and Perum PFN.
