Perum Jamkrindo (Perusahaan Umum Jaminan Kredit Indonesia) and PT SIER (Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on BUMN Synergy regarding Project Guarantee. This strategic collaboration aims to create synergy between State-Owned Enterprises (BUMNs) based on mutually beneficial principles for both Perum Jamkrindo and PT. SIER.
The MoU signing event took place at the Hongkong Room, Mercure Hotel Surabaya, on Friday, October 27, 2017. The event was attended by Amin Mas'udi, Director of Guarantee Business at Perum Jamkrindo; Hadi Prasetyo, President Commissioner of PT. SIER; Fattah Hidayat, Plt. President Director of PT. SIER; Agus Hendardi, Director of PT. SIER; and Directors from 13 other BUMNs, including Perum Jasa Tirta 1, Perum PFN, PT Partagas Niaga, PT EMI, PT Danareksa, PT PNM, PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia, PT HKR, PT Indra Karya, PT Primissima, PT ICON+, PT Industri Sandang Nusantara, and PT PPLI.
Amin Mas’udi, Director of Guarantee Business at Perum Jamkrindo, expressed his positive view on the collaboration. "The signing of this MoU on BUMN Synergy is very beneficial for all parties, and we are excited to participate in this initiative," he said.
Meanwhile, I. Rusdonobanu, Plt. President Director of Perum Jamkrindo, remarked that BUMN synergy is excellent for adding more value to each company and benefiting the public and the country.
In addition to continuing to develop guarantee products for loans provided through Surety Bonds and Payment Bonds, Perum Jamkrindo is the only National Guarantee Company designated to guarantee the KUR (People's Business Credit), which aims to develop MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and Cooperatives. Perum Jamkrindo also serves as a Warehouse Receipt System Guarantee Institution.
