In an organization or company, leadership is one of the key factors in mobilizing its members to achieve common objectives. Essentially, every person in the world is born a leader. However, becoming an effective leader requires competence in human resource management.

Leadership training is essential for every organization or company, whether private or state-owned enterprises (SOEs). This is also the reason why Perum Jamkrindo organized a leadership training and briefing program themed Branch Manager Development Program. This event, attended by branch leaders from all over Indonesia, was held at Hotel Mercure Sabang, Jakarta, from September 18 to 21, 2019. The event was officially opened by Perum Jamkrindo's President Director, Randi Anto, who also provided guidance to the participants. Additionally, several guest speakers and experts were present.

"This program aims to develop the leadership skills of Perum Jamkrindo’s branch managers, which will ultimately contribute to the company’s business growth," said Randi Anto.

During the event, Randi Anto highlighted several key points for Jamkrindo’s branch leaders, including:

    Finally, leaders must cultivate a positive company culture. A well-established corporate culture enhances employee performance, which in turn contributes to business growth.
